Welcome to Biologymeetweb
This is my playground of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SVG and more. These small tools are created using modern web standards. It means you can just run these web apps on any modern web browser, like Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge, Microsoft IE(9 or later). Front-end frameworks, e.g. AngularJS, Vue.js, D3.js and React.js, are possibly involved in the development of the site. Thanks to GitHub Pages, it becomes possible to present these small tools for biologists online. All these tools are aimed to help bench scientists to make their lives easier. Currently, the following tools are available. More functionality is coming. Please stay tuned.
- DNAssistant -- for DNA sequence analysis.
- AAnalyzer -- for protein sequence composition analysis.
- Search Uniprot Fast -- find the sequence of a protein quickly.
- Genetic Code Chart -- choose your own color style.
- Protein Chroma -- view protein sequence in a colorful way.
New functionalities to come
- Biological Web Crawler -- Help biologistsperform web crawling easily.
- Biological Database Finder -- Help biologists find the online database of interest quickly.
- Plasmid Map Generator -- Draw plasmid map on your own.
- Biology Calculator -- Make calculation easier for biologists.
